MEETINGS

The Grand Royal Swiss Hotel showcases the largest conferencing and event facility in Western Kenya suitable for hosting meetings, corporate functions and even private events.

We have 6 ballrooms and meeting rooms, all laid out across a private and dedicated area of the hotel. Our largest space offers a capacity of up to 1400 people whilst smaller meetings can be hosted in the privacy of our boardrooms.  For informal gatherings and social occasions our beautifully landscaped gardens against the backdrop of the Nandi Hills make for an exceptional setting.

All our event spaces are equipped with audio-visual amenities including LED screens, projectors, sound and WIFI.  Alongside this our team are on hand to help you put together menus and themes to fit the occasion.
